Enquiries and corporate delegations
You may contact info@stratxhub.com to discuss participation or a corporate delegation. An enquiry does not reserve a place or create a booking.
Approval and payment
When registration opens, applications will be subject to organiser review. Payment instructions will be provided to approved applicants. A reported bank transfer or an opened payment link does not itself confirm a place; confirmation follows organiser verification.
Booking terms
The confirmed fee, payment arrangements, cancellation and refund terms, event-change provisions and participation requirements will be provided before payment is requested. Review those terms before proceeding.
Individual service engagements
Training and other service engagements are separately scoped. Deliverables, scheduling, fees and responsibilities are agreed in writing for the relevant engagement.
